About the Faculty
The Faculty of Economics Araban is one of the public faculties affiliated with Bani Waleed University, established in 2023 by Decree No. (72) of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity. The faculty provides educational services in economic sciences including Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance & Banking, and Political Science. Located in the Western Araban region at a distance of 130 km from the main administrative center of Bani Waleed University, its establishment represents a major step towards empowering local students to pursue higher education within their community.

Hence, the faculty strives to provide a stimulating academic environment based on quality, excellence, and commitment to scientific ethics to prepare qualified cadres capable of addressing economic and administrative challenges.
Furthermore, the faculty is dedicated to supporting scientific research, encouraging staff and students to produce applied research linked to community needs, and fostering academic cooperation with counterpart faculties and universities.
