About the Faculty

The Faculty of Medical Technology is one of the faculties at Bani Waleed University, headquartered in Bani Waleed city. The faculty was established by General People's Committee for Higher Education Decree No. 4 of 2005 and operates in accordance with higher education legislation and regulations, contributing to achieving its scientific and academic goals. The faculty strives to prepare specialized and qualified medical cadres in various medical technology disciplines capable of fulfilling labor market demands and advancing the healthcare sector. It also aims to deliver outstanding medical and technical education, enhancing students' practical and scientific skills through modern academic and training programs. Furthermore, the faculty places great emphasis on scientific research and development in applied medical sciences, encouraging innovation and fostering collaboration with health and educational institutions to serve society and elevate healthcare standards.

Our Faculty is committed to offering distinguished academic programs that keep pace with the latest scientific and technological developments in the field of Allied Medical Specialties. This is achieved through accredited academic curricula and highly qualified and experienced faculty members, ensuring that our graduates are well prepared to compete effectively in the local labor market. The Faculty also places great emphasis on practical education and field training, recognizing that practical competence is no less important than theoretical knowledge. Accordingly, final-year students are provided with effective training opportunities in collaboration with hospitals, healthcare centers, and other relevant institutions, enabling them to develop the practical skills and professional competencies required in their respective fields. On behalf of the faculty members and staff of the Faculty, I reaffirm our firm commitment to continuing the pursuit of excellence and continuous development, supporting our students throughout their academic and professional journeys, and providing an inspiring educational environment that fosters research and innovation.
