Introduction
Over recent years, Libya has witnessed an increase in environmental and human risks such as floods, land degradation, and forest fires, alongside human risks related to population movement and weak infrastructure.
The conference aims to highlight the concept of Geographic Security as a modern tool to identify, analyze, and mitigate these risks using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS).

- Raise awareness of the importance of geographic security in protecting humans and the environment.

- The research must strictly adhere to the conference themes and objectives.
- Research must meet academic rigor standards and must not be published or submitted elsewhere previously.
- Each participant is limited to one paper (single author or co-author).
- Must include abstracts in both Arabic and English (200 - 300 words) with 3 to 5 keywords.
- Paper length should be between 10 to 20 pages (including tables, figures, and references).
- Full papers must be submitted in Word and PDF formats following standard typography guidelines (Times New Roman font for English, size 12 for text, 14 bold for headings).
- Citations and references must strictly follow APA format.
- Submissions undergo double-blind peer review with a maximum similarity threshold of 25%.
- Accepted papers will be published electronically in a special issue of the Bani Waleed University Journal of Humanities & Applied Sciences.
