About the Administration
The Postgraduate Studies Administration is responsible for preparing and implementing postgraduate study plans at the university for faculty members, teaching assistants, and staff. It is also responsible for taking necessary measures regarding the dispatch of faculty members, teaching assistants, and staff members of the university abroad for postgraduate studies, exercising its full powers and responsibilities.

- Receiving and categorizing nominations from various university departments for postgraduate studies locally and abroad.
- Identifying and enumerating postgraduate fields at the university and the number of students enrolled in its programs.
- Participating in conducting necessary research and studies to determine the feasibility of establishing new postgraduate specialties and developing existing ones.
- Preparing plans and programs for local postgraduate studies and supervising their implementation.
- Preparing the budget proposal required for executing local postgraduate program plans and managing its approval and implementation.
- Receiving, studying, and analyzing follow-up and implementation reports for local postgraduate programs, taking necessary actions to overcome execution difficulties and obstacles.
- Examining and studying requests to extend local study periods and proposing necessary procedures.
- Preparing periodic and annual reports on the office's activities.
Scholarships Office
- Receiving and categorizing nominations from various university departments for studying in postgraduate studies locally and abroad.
- Preparing plans and programs for studying abroad, handling their approval procedures, and coordinating with competent authorities.
- Coordinating with competent authorities regarding dispatched students studying abroad.
- Preparing periodic and annual reports on the office's activities.
Training Office
- Contributing to drafting training plan projects and programs intended for implementation by the university.
- Participating in setting schedules for executing the annual plan in coordination with relevant organizational units at the university.
- Aggregating nominations received from university divisions and faculties and classifying them into training programs.
- Preparing periodic and annual reports on the office's activities.
- Implementing programs included in the university and college plans.
Teaching Assistants Office
- Following up and organizing all affairs related to teaching assistants at the university.
